The European Court has never made a decision that Armenia occupied Nagorno-Karabakh, the  same applies to the resolutions adopted by the UN Security Council, which are related to the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Yeghishe Kirakosyan, Armenia's Representative for International Legal  Affairs, stated  during a hearing at the International Court of Justice, where Azerbaijan's claim against Armenia was considered.

ArmInfo.After the ceasefire of May 12, 1994, our military and political leadership did not learn the right lessons from world examples and, having an advantage in the  negotiation process, could not find more favorable solutions. This  was stated by the President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan during a  meeting with the employees of the Ministry of Urban Development and  Construction Companies of Artsakh.
